HOW TO PREVENT YOUR ACCOUNT FROM PAYPAL FREEZEN
Paypal is extremely popular way to pay and sell on the internet today. Why? Because they are extremely easy and simple to deal with! You don't need to fill any complicated forms to get your account rolling.
Don't get me wrong, I like PayPal idea in general, if you buy here and there and do not keep huge amount of money sitting in your account I think you are just fine. But only with few clicks on the internet you will find plenty accusations and unsatisfied PayPal users with horror stories about money they never received for one reason or the other.
According to what I've read PayPal can freeze your account in just about any reason they come up with. They are not a bank so they are NOT under the federal banking laws. Always remember that!
Most reasons for frozen PayPal are simply to protect your account for fraud and can be easily dissolved. This is NOT always the case though. Here is some reasons accounts have been allegedly frozen:

After reading about people being scammed an loosing significant amounts of money that rightfully belongs to them just by using PayPal I would make sure my livelihood would not be on the line with a PayPal account!
If you do a lot of business online consider other options and withdraw bigger amounts from your account without a delay.
Don't think PayPal as a red flag but remember that they are a business, not a bank, so use them wisely!
